Cinema Prive

Noise Cinema Prive starts at a faded poster outside an old cinema. You had not planned on it, but the title pulls at something and in you go. The room is nearly empty, the gold trim tarnished, the cedar floor creaking. The projector hums, dust turns in the beam, and tobacco drifts in from somewhere. The perfume is warm and honeyed, with ash and wood underneath. As if the film had been running for years, waiting for you.
