General Terms
These terms apply to customers with a registered seat or residence in the European Union. Any individual of legal age with the capacity to contract can become a customer by accepting the sales terms, which is confirmed by placing an order for items. The acceptance of the sales terms is confirmed when the customer places an order through the webshop. The sales contract process becomes legally binding upon receipt of the shipment. We reserve the right to correct any errors. All prices are gross (including VAT) and are expressed in Euros. Any use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

In-Store Pickup
Ordered products will be ready for pickup after we notify you by phone or in writing. Products must be paid for in advance, as cash on delivery is not available for online orders. Upon pickup, it is necessary to present an identification document of the person whose name is listed in the order’s contact details.
After receiving our notification, products purchased via the webshop can be picked up at our boutique located at:
Ilica 14 (Jagerhorn Passage), Zagreb
During store working hours:
Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Orders and Shipping
Ordered goods are dispatched to the designated delivery address upon receipt of payment. The received goods must be inspected at the time of delivery, and any complaints regarding noticed shortages or damages must be reported to the Seller immediately upon receipt, no later than within 1 working day
Items in stock will be handed over to the courier service within 3 (three) working days from the order date. For advance payments (bank transfers), the order date is considered the day your payment is cleared in our account.
In individual cases, due to high demand, some ordered products might not be available for delivery, or certain products from the offer may be completely or partially sold out. If products are sold out, the Buyer will be notified via phone, fax, e-mail, or SMS. Additionally, in some cases, delivery may be delayed due to the courier service’s logistics and distribution organization, which is beyond the Seller’s control.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and dispatched on the next working day by courier service at the Buyer’s expense, according to the courier’s price list with clearly defined shipping costs during the checkout process. For Buyers located on islands, the courier’s island delivery schedule will apply. The Seller cannot influence the courier service’s logistical regulations.
Shipping Costs:
The Seller reserves the right to change the minimum order value required for free shipping without prior notice to the Buyer. Deliveries are made via GLS courier service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via e-mail or mobile phone. Please ensure you provide accurate details when placing an order. If the order is placed through the webshop, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link once the order is shipped, allowing you to track your parcel’s status at any time.
Online Payment Security
The security of data transferred between your computer and the service server is ensured by using encryption and secure protocols. Encryption is a process that converts plain text into ciphered text using algorithms, secret, and public keys. Data transmitted via these pages is protected using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. The SSL protocol encrypts data entered through the web interface, creating a secure channel for information transfer and preventing unauthorized access during communication between the user’s computer and the server, and vice versa. User data transmitted over the Internet is protected by 128-bit SSL data encryption. 128-bit encryption with the SSL protocol is currently the strongest standard for protecting communication and data exchange over the Internet and is used by all serious entities conducting partial or complete communication online.
