Perfumer

Lucas Sieuzac

Lucas Sieuzac is a perfumer at Eurofragance and comes from a family of perfumers. For Neydo he made Pulsation 11.07, a warm perfume with honey, apple and tobacco.

Who is Lucas Sieuzac

By 18 he knew perfume would be his way of expressing himself, and he set out to find his own path in a family of accomplished perfumers. He started at Florasynth in 1994, then spent many years in Paris at Créations Aromatiques and Symrise. Later he worked for Cosmo International Fragrances in Miami, and in 2019 he joined Eurofragance. He made Play for Givenchy and Reflection Man for Amouage, and in 2013 he won the Prix Lalique.

Signature style

Eurofragance describes him as a man of contrasts, discreet and bold, shy and rebellious. He prefers simple perfumes with few ingredients and measures each one carefully so it comes through clearly. He likes to pair classic ingredients with more modern ones. “A fragrance is a balance between light and darkness, softness and intensity,” he says. Pulsation 11.07 comes from a dream about a party where two strangers catch each other’s eye. When the music fades, only a spicy sweetness is left.
